This animation was produced to promote the Bond in Motion exhibition held at the London Film Museum. Part of the brief required the animation to encompass at least five vehicles that featured in the exhibition, as well as references from a minimum of three different James Bond films.
A title logo was to be designed and used in the animation as well as producing additional poster designs that aligned with the style of the promotional piece.

Initial hand drawn storyboard
The first storyboard was a mashup of brainstorming lots of visual ideas and transitions.
Storyboard development
The storyboard was developed into slick black and white style frames in Adobe Illustrator.
The main references for this style were the title sequences for Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Catch Me If You Can.
Below is a series of animatics with some animation which shows a continuous development in the style and colour palette.
The final animation came together from taking inspiration and reference from the title sequences James Bond: Dr No and The Love Punch.

Initial poster ideas
I sketched out some potential poster ideas however once the animation was complete I wanted to make sure they worked in tandem visually.
With the colour palette I produced three posters, highlighting one vehicle with a different colour code for each.
I used the repeating circles from the animation as a graphic device to link the posters when viewed next to one another.
